Val di Fassa

Traditional unspoilt ski resort with an elite clientelle

Skiing in the Val di Fassa, in the Dolomites, the world's most beautiful mountains, is a unique experience. Campitello di Fassa is part of the Sella Ronda circuit, which provides 175 kilometres of groomed slopes. Most of the terrain is perfectly suited for intermediate skiers. Campitello is linked to Canazei, just two kilometres away, but is a much quieter village than its neighbour. It is a traditional, unspoilt ski resort, with great restaurants and food that has created an elite clientele over the last few years, thanks to the opening of numerous prestigious hotels. In fact, the highest concentration of four-star hotels, offering the utmost comfort and hospitality can be found here.

The town is surrounded by the spires of Sassolungo, making Campitello di Fassa an unmistakable location. In winter the Col Rodella Ski Area can be reached from the village in just a few minutes using the modern cable car. This ski area is also directly linked to the nearby Belvedere Ski Area as well as to Sella Ronda. There are also some very good beginner slopes in Campitello.
